PARKING & DIRECTIONS
FallFest will be held at Overlook Community Campus in Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
On-site parking pass holders: GPS Address: 605 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, PA. Enter Overlook from Fruitville Pike ONLY. All other entrances will be closed to public traffic. On-site parking passes are now sold out. No additional on-site parking passes will be made available.
Park off-site for free: FallFest offers free satellite parking at Root's Market with a free shuttle bus ride into Overlook. GPS Address: 705 Graystone Road, Manheim, PA.
Handicap parking: Handicap parking and a handicap accessible shuttle bus is available at Root's Market.
Ride share: For Uber/Lyft ride-share and driver drop-offs, enter Overlook off of Delp Road to Bassett Drive. Loading and unloading of passengers will take place at the traffic circle. GPS Address: 2200 Bassett Drive, Lancaster, PA. This is for drop off only and vehicles entering Bassett Drive must leave immediately and will not have the option to park.
DO NOT park at the Overlook Town Center or Hawthorne Center. Parking in any other unauthorized parking lots at nearby businesses will result in your vehicle being towed.

On-site parking at Fallfest is now sold out. Pass holders: enter Overlook through Fruitville Pike only. We recommend printing out your parking pass before you arrive. Do not attempt to enter Overlook Park from any other road.

A small number Handicap Parking spaces are available at Overlook. If you purchased on-site parking and have a placard displayed, you will be directed to the handicap lot as you enter Overlook Park. Arrive early, these spaces go very fast, so we cannot guarantee a space. These spaces provide the shortest distance to the concert field.

All guests without a purchased parking pass must use our off-site parking options.
WHEN CAN I PARK?
All parking lots open at 7am and close at 7pm on October 6th. Any vehicles that arrive early will be asked to leave or be towed.
HOW EARLY CAN I GET IN?
All parking lots will open at 7:00am. VIP ticket holders can access the concert field beginning at 8:00am. Gates will open for General Admission ticket holders at 8:30am.
CAN I GET DROPPED OFF BY A DRIVER WITHOUT A PASS?
Yes. There will be a driver and ride-share drop off area. Enter Overlook from Delp Road and turn onto Bassett Drive. Pickup and drop off will be at the traffic circle. GPS address: 2200 Bassett Drive, Lancaster, PA.
HOW CAN I GET HANDICAP
PARKING?
A limited number of handicapped parking spaces are available at Overlook. An on-site parking pass must be purchased in advance and a placard must be displayed to access the handicap lot.
IF I BUY AN ON-SITE PASS, AM I GUARANTEED HANDICAP SPACE?
No, the handicap lot will fill up. We recommend arriving early. A handicap accessible shuttle bus will also be available from the satellite parking lot at Root’s Market.
CAN WE CAMP OVERNIGHT?
No. Our festival is a one-day event and does not have camping facilities. Due to limited space, RV’s and campers are not permitted at Overlook for this event.
CAN I TAILGATE AT MY CAR?
No. Tailgating is not permitted in any parking areas. Do NOT bring alcohol into any parts of Overlook Park or satellite lots. Police will be patroling parking lots.

WHERE DO I BUY TICKETS?
Purchase tickets and on-site parking in advance, online. Order with a credit card from our Ticket page.
CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS AT THE GATE?
We strongly encourage purchasing tickets in advance. General admission tickets will be available at the gate for $30 each. Cash only. On-site parking must be purchased before arriving at Overlook.
HOW DO I GET THE TICKETS I ORDERED?
When completing your purchase, you will receive an email with your tickets attached.
I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER CONFIRMATION
If you don't have the email confirmation or lost your tickets, CLICK HERE and enter the email address used on your purchase.
MUST I PRINT MY TICKETS?
It is preferred, but it is not required. Have your tickets and parking pass ready to view on your phone when you enter the event and we can scan them from your phone screen to make things go faster.
WHAT DO I GET WITH A VIP TICKET?
A limited number of VIP tickets are available each year. VIP tickets give you access to the reserved section in front of the Fallfest stage. All ages are required to have a ticket for access to VIP seating.
DOES MY VIP TICKET INCLUDE SEATS?
The upgraded ticket gets you into the reserved section in front of the stage, but does not include a designated seat. You should still bring your own blankets and/or chairs to claim your spot.
WHAT ARE THE EVENT TIMES?
All parking lots will open at 7:00am. VIP ticket holders can access the concert field beginning at 8:00am. Gates will open for General Admission ticket holders at 8:30am.
WHAT TIME IS MY FAVORITE BAND PLAYING?
The first act will take the stage shortly after 11am and the show wraps up around 6pm. There is no pre-determined start time for any other acts, as the schedule could change as the event progresses.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
There is no rain date. Fallfest is an all weather event and will be held rain or shine. Umbrellas, tarps, tents and canopies are not permitted in the concert grounds. Please plan accordingly and leave those items at home.
ARE KIDS FREE?
Children age 6 & up are required to purchase a ticket, ages 5 & under are admitted free and do not need a ticket for General Admission seating. Children of any age must have a ticket to sit in the VIP seating sections.
DOES MY SMALL CHILD NEED A VIP TICKET?
Yes, space in the VIP section is limited and tickets will sell out. Children of any age must have a ticket to sit in the VIP seating area.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
All sales are final.
CAN MY BUSINESS SELL STUFF AT THE EVENT?

What to bring, what not to bring, and what to know to prepare yourself for an awesome day at the I-105 FallFest.
WHAT CAN I BRING INTO FALLFEST?
Small bags or pusres, lawn chairs, blankets, and personal belongings (wallet, phone, keys, etc.). Wagons and strollers are permitted but will be extensively searched upon entering the event.
CAN I BRING IN MEDICAL DEVICES & MEDICATIONS?
Of course. Have all prescribed medications in their original labeled container. Personal mobility decives are permitted, but wheel chairs and scooters may require extensive search upon entering.
CAN I BRING LAWN CHAIRS?
Yes. There are no seats provided at Fallfest. We encourage everyone to bring chairs and/or blankets to sit on. When bringing your lawn chair through security, please remove it from the bag to expedite the process.
CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK WITH ME?
No, outside food and beverages may not be brought into the concert grounds. Please leave food and drink in your vehicle or at home. Fallfest will have a large variety of food trucks and alcohol vendors on hand.
WHAT FOOD OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE?
We aim to provide a variety of options from our concessions vendors. Visit our SPONSORS page for a list of food and beverage vendors that will be on-site.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?
Beer, wine and mixed cocktails available for purchase for anyone age 21 and older, with proper identification. EVERYONE will be carded each time an alcoholic beverage is purchased. If you do not have ID, you will not be permitted to purchase alcohol.

CAN I BRING A CAMERA?
Cameras are permitted however, no professional cameras or video cameras are allowed. Audio and video recording of the event is prohibited.
By attending Fallfest, you grant the radio station, its partners and affiliates, irrevocable permission to use your voice, image, or likeness, as a part of any live photograph, video recording, or broadcast conducted at the event.
WHAT IS THE BATHROOM SITUATION?
The event is held in an open field at Overlook Park. There is no plumbing available, however we will have plenty of port-o-lets throughout the venue.
WHAT CAN'T I BRING INTO FALLFEST?
Large bags, coolers, insulated cups or water bottles, glass bottles, umbrellas, tarps, tents, canopies, pets, outside food and drink, illegal drugs and weapons of any kind are strictly PROHIBITED.
WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?
Any bags must measure 12″x12″x6″ or smaller. Limit 1 bag per person. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are also welcome, but must fit within sizes requirements. All belongings may be searched.
CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA OR CANOPY IF IT RAINS?
There is no rain date. Fallfest is an all weather event and will be held rain or shine. Umbrellas, tarps, tents and canopies are not permitted, only ponchos and rain coats. Please plan accordingly.
CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE EVENT?
No. Guests are not permitted to leave the event and re-enter. If you leave the concert field, you will be required to purchase another ticket upon re-entry at a higher fee.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED?
Yes, it is an outdoor event and smoking is permitted. Please leave the seating areas if you need to smoke and be respectful of those around you.
DO I NEED CASH OR CARD TO MAKE PURCHASES?
Most Fallfest vendors accept both cash and card payments, but we strongly encourage you to bring cash. There will be multiple ATMs on site.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
No, pets are not permitted into the concert.
Please leave them at home.
CAN I SETUP THE NIGHT BEFORE?
No, we do not allow people to set up before the gates open at 8am. Anything found on the grounds prior to gates opening will be removed by WIOV staff.
